Order Processing

  • Processing Time: We typically process orders within 24-48 hours business days  (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirming your order has been received. 

Shipping Methods & Times

  • Standard Shipping
    Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping
    If you need your items faster, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost which ship in 1-3 days. 

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs may be calculated based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—if your order qualifies, the discount will be applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your shipment tracking number. Please use this number to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your shipment.

Delays or Issues

  • While we do our best to meet our estimated delivery times, unexpected circumstances (e.g., weather events, carrier delays, holidays) may cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
