Eligibility for Returns

  • Money back guarantee: We offer a hassle-free 14-day money-back guarantee. No matter the condition of the product, if you're not satisfied, simply return it, and we’ll refund you—no questions asked.

  • General returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • Condition: Items must be in new, unused (or unworn) condition, with tags still attached and in their original packaging.

    • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process any return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, such as custom products, items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase, may not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team at inquiry-us@bentzjaz.com with your order details.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide instructions and a return authorization number (if required).

  3. Ship the Item(s) Back: Pack your item(s) securely and use a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product). We will then provide the shipping label for this return. 

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.

  • Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 10–15 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement after we process your return.
